Question: Who is organizing this event?

Answer: The Higher Education Leadership Summit is organized and produced by University Business magazine.


Question: How many attendees will participate in the Summit?

Answer: Participation is by invitation only, and will be limited to approximately 50 presidents, chancellors, provosts, CAO’s, CIO's, and CFO's.


Question: What topics will be covered in the Summit program?

Answer: The Summit program will cover the topics of:

  • Big data and student success
  • Public-private partnerships
  • Changing roles of instructional faculty
  • Community college to four-year pathways
  • How to assess the ROI of technology initiatives
  • The role of research in undergraduate student success

Question: Who are the sponsors for this event?

Answer: The Summit is sponsored by an invitation-only group of leading innovators in higher education whose top executives value high-level interaction with influential university leaders. There will be no sales presentations at the event.


Question: How much does it cost to attend the Summit?

Answer: There is no registration fee to attend the summit, and your hotel costs (up to two nights) are covered by the University Business Leadership Institute.  You are simply responsible for travel and incidentals.


Question: Can spouses or partners attend the event?

Answer: Spouses, life partners, or significant others are welcome to accompany attendees and enjoy the provided accommodations at the resort, including Summit meals and attendance at program sessions for a nominal fee of $400.


Question: Can I extend my stay at the hotel?

Answer: Yes; we typically negotiate our hotel agreements to allow for extended stay of up to three days pre and post event at our group rate, based on availability.
